If you’re ready for change and want to get a taste of what coaching is like and are ready to receive input on creating change in your health and lifestyle, including work / life balance, energy levels, exercise and nutrition, this one’s for you.
We will spend90 minutesover Skype chatting about you, your current lifestyle and your health; where it is, and where you’d like to be. While one session isn’t likely to be long enough to answer all your queries and delve too deeply, it does provide a great opportunity to ask a few burning questions, talk about yourfuture health goalsand give you thekick-startyou need to put you in the right direction for your health and wellbeing.
This session is likely to be a little faster and cover lots of different areas, quite different to the style of my other coaching packages. Alot of my clients are surprised at the power of just simply chatting about what’s going on and how they feel about it. To get the most out of this session, we need to bereal, openand willing to have a laugh, too!

Sessions take placeviaSkype,phone or face-to-facedepending on location and client needs. Whilst beneficial to meet in person (I aim to meet Melbourne clients in person for each initial kick-off session), this may not always be possible. Sessions are generally conducted via Skype.
Phone or Skype sessions have been found to be just as,if not even more effective than face-to-face sessions when it comes to coaching, and can feel more comfortable and less confronting for some people.
